The NEFBA Emerging Leaders Program is designed to provide personal and professional development opportunities to rising leaders in the building and land development industries. Participants in the program will gain knowledge in various skills, including time management, communication, marketing, personal branding, financing, and budgeting. Participants will also learn about the building and development industry from leaders in the field and will have opportunities to network with those leaders.

This program is geared towards industry professionals with less than 10 years of experience in their current field. To successfully complete the program, candidates must attend at least 6 of the 7 sessions, which will take place from February-October of 2024.
