The Northeast Florida Builders Association promotes policies, education, and programs that provide opportunities for our members to succeed.

We aim to support and protect the homebuilding industry through education, training, advocacy, networking, and community involvement.

Who We Are

NEFBA is proud to hold the status of the state’s largest builders association. Backed by our 79-year history of networking, community outreach, and industry development, NEFBA’s primary goal is to improve the quality of life for the citizens of Northeast Florida. Our members are dedicated to reaching that same goal.

NEFBA Councils Meet Industry Needs

Regional councils in St. Johns, Nassau, and Clay counties extend benefits to meet the unique needs of those geographic locations.

Our Sales and Marketing Council brings together top marketing and sales executives in the community. The Custom Builder & Remodelers Council represents the specialized interests of remodelers.

As committed as they are to successful businesses, our members give their time and resources to enhance the quality of life for all the residents of Northeast Florida.

Government Representation

We serve the construction and related industries in Baker, Clay, Duval, Nassau, Bradford, Putnam, and St. Johns counties, supporting members with effective representation on issues related to the industry, educational resources, access to local, state, and national experts, and a myriad of other services.
