Many members of the Masonry Council are also members of the Florida Concrete and Products Association. NEFBA and FC&PA have worked together for the past several years to promote the recognition of concrete block construction, primarily by choosing a winner in that category in the NEFBA Parade of Homes competitions.
Johnny Woodle and Al Herndon of the Florida Masonry Apprentice and Education Foundation were instrumental in creating the Masonry Council.
